Incorrect date of birth

Occasionally, the wrong date of birth is entered into system and accessing your scans and reports is then restricted if the date entered is not the same as one we recorded. Common reasons for this include: 

  • We may have recorded your date of birth incorrectly (apologies in advance, if this occurred).
  • Your account might have be registered using a family member's date of birth; try their date of birth.
  • Enter the date of birth of the person you are caring for, if you are a caregiver.
